Missed dose
Zhewitra Oral Jelly is taken on an as-needed basis prior to sexual activity. There is no scheduled dosing, so the concept of a “missed dose” does not apply. Do not take an extra dose to make up for missed sexual activity.
Overdose
In case of suspected overdose, symptomatic treatment is recommended. Expected effects may include severe hypotension, syncope, and prolonged erection. Standard supportive measures should be employed, including supine positioning with legs elevated to manage hypotension. Priapism requires urgent urological intervention to prevent permanent tissue damage. Hemodialysis is not expected to significantly eliminate Vardenafil.
Storage
